Nicolay, a producer from the Netherlands and one half of the Foreign Exchange, put out his hip hop album Timeline along with Houston rapper Kay in 2008. In my opinion, it is one of the best produced and arranged hip hop albums, way ahead of its time.

Unity by Röyksopp ft. Karen Harding: LiveGen Remix

My third animated music video for EDM Group Royksopp. I wanted this one to be a little different to see if I could combine AI generated images with real footage. Call it #LiveGen. Perhaps my most challenging video to date for a few reasons. First, this song was harder to interpret and to keep the material fresh feeling, since it has that bit of club sound as well as a ballad. So I had to combine more energetic sequences.

Captivating Remake: Röyksopp’s ‘Stay Awhile’ Recreated with AI Technology

I have been a fan of all 3 of Royksopp’s last three albums, Profound Mysteries. As a matter of fact, they ended up on my top artists of 2023 according to YouTube. I wanted to see if I could create a video using only AI generated characters for one of my favorite songs, Stay Awhile. – I did not want AI to create the video for me, but rather employ different AI tools to create the characters and to animate different scenes. I would then take those images and videos and edit an entire video using Premier Pro. – All in all, I generated over 500 different characters and videos animations for this video using Midjourney, Kaiber, LeiaPix and Runway ML. For the most part, 98% of the characters were created using Midjourney because I felt as if Midjourney created the most realistic characters. Runway ML and Leiapix were used for the motion, with Leiapix being used for the 3D animation and Runway ML for the motion using their motion brush.

Dive into the world of music and animation with this mesmerizing collaboration! . My 4th Royksopp animated video. With this one, I wanted to use the beautiful voice and music of this song to tell a story and offer a different perspective to the lyrics. Who is she singing to? Her family, the new home, planet? .This was a tough one, since keeping the characters consistent throughout the entire video was a challenge. I also used LTX Studios as the main catalyst for storyboarding and scene creation. Midjourney came very handy as I was able to be a bit more creative with some scenes. Also, Imersity (formerly Leiapix) was very useful, as it was able to help create 3d motion for some of the scenes, which I feel added more depth to the story.
