Overview

ARP Visuals ("ARP Visuals," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits arpvisuals.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's gathered automatically as you browse.

  • Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — for example, the contact form or a request for a homepage review — we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message or project details you share.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically log standard technical data when you visit — pages viewed, time on page, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This is gathered through analytics tools described below, not tied to your name unless you've also submitted a form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through a form and follow up about a project or quote.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.
  • Send marketing communications about ARP Visuals' services, where you've given us a way to reach you — you can opt out of these at any time (see "Your Rights & Choices" below).
  • Meet legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which pages and campaigns are working. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings — doing so may limit some features of the Site, but it won't stop you from browsing or contacting us.

If you arrive at the Site through a tracked link (for example, a QR code at an event, or a tagged ad), we capture that source so a later form submission can be attributed to where it came from.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run the Site and understand how it's performing. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and behavior analytics.
  • Metricool — website and social-performance analytics.
  • Vimeo — hosts and streams the brand films and work samples embedded on the Site.
  • LiveAvatar — powers the on-site AI avatar widget available for visitor questions.
  • Lucitech — our website platform partner; routes contact-form submissions to our inbox and serves core site infrastructure.
  • Marketing automation & CRM (ActiveCampaign, Zoho) — if you submit a form or opt in to communications, your contact details may be stored in these systems to manage follow-up and email campaigns.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

  • With the service providers listed above, solely to provide the functions described.
  • If required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of ARP Visuals, our clients, or the public.

Data Retention

We keep information submitted through forms for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's own default retention settings.

Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information from our records.
  • Stop sending you marketing communications — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can reach out directly.

To make any of these requests, use the contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
