[ Strategy ]
Strategy comes first: AI video built on real marketing experience.
Video should move a business toward a goal. We start by finding the goal. Most video starts with a camera. Ours starts with your numbers. ARP Visuals is led by a marketer with 22 years at Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, and Johnson & Johnson, who ran V2M2 Group, Inc. for 13 years before AI, and who taught marketing at Aurora University from 2017 to 2020.

[ Why strategy matters ]
Why strategy matters for video.
A great film on a leaky funnel still leaks. When we look at a business's marketing, the same things come up again and again. Businesses assume they need more traffic, and the data says they need something else.
Patterns from our audits (anonymized)
- Traffic was fine. Conversion wasn't. A professional-services practice had rising traffic and engagement and falling conversions. The fix wasn't more visitors. It was getting the people already there to stay and act.
- People scrolled past what mattered. On one site, 80–100% of visitors saw the top of the page, but only about a third reached the services section and under 30% reached testimonials. The most persuasive content was buried.
- Activity that looked like interest wasn't. A national education brand showed over 10,000 form actions in 30 days with no matching growth in its contact list. That pointed to a problem in the offer and flow, not the audience.
- Followers aren't customers. One brand's social following was growing fast in places far from its real market, so growth looked healthy and led nowhere.
- Great reports, no explanation. A client's vendors sent monthly reports nobody could interpret, and no one owned the strategy tying them together.
Video can fix some of these: a stronger hero film, testimonial videos, explainer content. It can't fix all of them, and we'll tell you which is which.

Burt & Will Plastic Surgery and Dermatology. As fractional CMO, our founder aligned disjointed vendors behind one plan, redesigned the website, and rebuilt the social strategy. A family law practice. Started with only a website and print ads. In 10 months: 1,154 tracked actions (calls, directions, website clicks), 221 keywords on page one of Google and Bing, multiple #1 Google Maps rankings, and 20+ phone calls from social media in a single 30-day window, with no paid ads. A practice's lifetime client value can be high, which is why even a modest marketing budget can pay off — we're happy to walk you through the math for your business.
Absolute Integrated Health. Direct search traffic up 104%, referral traffic up 328%, social traffic up 108%, 15 keywords on Google page one.
Manner Plating. Social visitors stayed on the site 8x longer than paid-ad visitors, with the lowest bounce rate of any source, and a new X/Twitter channel grew by 1,350 followers in six months, with a 1.22% engagement rate against an industry average of 0.046%.
These results come from V2M2 Group, the digital marketing agency our founder ran before ARP Visuals.

[ How strategy shapes the video ]
When the data shows visuals can help, we make them with confidence.
Because we know the goal they serve, then we look at the same metrics again to see whether it worked.
- A hero film for a website that isn't converting.
- Testimonial and case-study videos for a trust gap.
- Explainer content for a confusing offer.
- Social content built around the keywords and audience that matter.
- A digital twin so your expert can show up in dozens of videos.

[ Questions ]
Questions.
-
Do you do marketing, or video?
Video is what we make. Marketing is how we decide what to make. Our strategy comes from 22 years of running marketing for global brands and a digital agency.
-
Do you handle social media and ads too?
Yes. Our retainers include social management and can include paid-ad creative.
-
What if video isn't the right fix for my problem?
We'll tell you. A film won't solve a broken checkout or an unclear offer, and we'd rather you know that before you spend.
-
Do you share client work?
Yes, with approval. Some clients are described anonymously to protect their data.
-
Do you work with businesses outside Tampa Bay?
Yes. We're based in St. Petersburg and work with clients nationwide by video call.
-
Who does the work?
Franklin Rivera leads every project personally.
